The chamber plans several major events each year... get involved in one of the following:

Leadership Palms West is a comprehensive program with the goal of developing individuals for leadership roles within their organizations or in the community. The four-day program provides an in-depth review of community resources and functions within the Chamber's service area and on a county level.

WestFest Land & Sea Festival is the Chamber's signature event held annually during Florida's winter season. This two-day family festival attracts thousands of residents and visitors to the area. It features live entertainment; attractions for the children; delicious food, arts and crafts, and a business expo.

Installation Gala & Annual Meeting is the Chamber's premier event celebrating the inauguration of the new Chamber President and Board of Directors, along with the honoring of the outgoing president. Over 300 business members, friends and governmental officials enjoy networking, dinner, dancing and a silent auction.

Acreage Music & ChiliFest is held annually during the spring. This one-day family festival features a chili competition, live entertainment, attractions for the children and a business expo.

Annual Teacher Appreciation Social event is an opportunity for our local businesses to thank our area educators for their contributions to the future workforce.

Annual Recognition Luncheon allows the chamber to acknowledge the Member of the Year and the Businesses of the Year. Volunteers are also recognized for their services.

Taste of the West & Chocolate Lovers Festival is the Chamber's tastiest offering with over 30 restaurants, country clubs and caterers providing food tastings from their menus. Business booths are also available for our non-culinary members. A portion of the event proceeds are donated to a local charity.

Fourth of July Celebration in the Village of Royal Palm Beach kicks off the second half of the annual events calendar. Fireworks displays, music, food and business expo make for a great family outing.

Business Planning Academy provides broad-based, fundamental business expertise to both potential and current entrepreneurs that will better enable them to start up, grow and prosper. Over a nine-week course, participants learn how to start or run a successful business, avoid common pitfalls and compete in the business world.

SalsaFest is a one-day Hispanic festival attended by more than 5,000 people held annually in the City of Greenacres. This event is themed to appeal to this very important segment of our population in Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida areas. It features nationally recognized performers, dance, food, a children's play area, competitions (dance, dominos, Chihuahua races) and a business expo.

Farm City recognizes the economic importance of agriculture on the local, county and state level. It is a strategic initiative of the chamber to be a strong partner with the agricultural community in the hopes of educating our members and the residents in our service area on the industry and the challenges it faces.

Holiday Parade & Holiday Mile, held annually in Wellington, provides for two hours of magic in celebration of the holiday season. The event kicks off with over 300 participants in our U.S. Track & Field-sanctioned walk/run event. Immediately following, many thousands of spectators are treated to a colorful parade with over 100 articipants including school bands, celebrities, governmental officials, local dance groups, floats and businesses.

After Hours Mixers provide nearly 100 chamber members the opportunity for business card exchanges as they discuss business in a social, comfortable and fun atmosphere. Mixers are held at various locations on a monthly basis.

Power Networking Breakfasts bring together 50 members of the chamber to experience the ultimate networking opportunity. A 30-second commercial for you and your company are critical to garner business from this fast-paced event.
